Although we endeavor to ship products safely and on schedule, due to COVID-19 (2019-nCoV; SARS virus 2) and the stresses placed on supply chains, at times, you may experience some delays in receiving your shipment that are beyond our control. We can assure you that we have been working closely with all major carriers, including DHL, USPS, UPS and FedEx to distribute our product as quickly as possible and with full safety precautions. Shipping arrival times are only our best estimate and a delay in shipping or arrival, are not a basis for you to reject or return your orders.
All sales are final, and refunds or returns are only allowed under very limited circumstances.
Refunds can be discussed only for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to you. If you are approved for a refund, please allow 7-10 days for the credit to be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds and Returns are authorized situationally at our sole discretion.
